HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING CART

When selecting custom orders, please be sure to select the size and any optional features from the drop down menus, including special instructions. Click "Add to cart" button. You may view cart, continue shopping, or proceed to check-out at any time. Actual shipping charges are automatically figured into your total, and Ohio residents will have 7% sales tax added. Once your information is registered and verifed, you may choose to pay securely through the following methods:

Please include a copy of your invoice with your payment. Once payment is cleared, any in-stock items will be shipped or fabric will be ordered for custom orders. Money orders/Cashier's checks must be received within seven days or the order will be cancelled.
 
CUSTOM-MADE CURTAINS AND BATH ACCESSORIES

Depending on the size of the order, the average lead time for shipping custom-made curtain orders is 4 to 6 weeks. During times of heavier volume, it may be longer. While it may not always take that long, we make allowance for fabric shipments and any in-shop backlog. We will do our best to complete your order in a timely manner. Once all the details of your order are confirmed and your payment has been received and cleared, we will order the fabric for your job. In the unlikely event that your fabric selection becomes unavailable from the manufacturer, we will notify you via email. You may choose another fabric selection or receive a full refund if no substitution can be made.
 
CUSTOM-MADE APPLIANCE COVERS

The lead time for shipping special-ordered appliance covers is 2-3 weeks once payment is received and cleared.


SHIPPING METHODS:
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and they are based on actual weight with a real-time shipping calculator. We also offer UPS, economical for larger orders. No hidden fees or mark-ups are included. Since the items we ship are textiles, you can rest assured that shipping charges are fair and reasonable. Shipping options are available for international orders, and charges will be adjusted accordingly if an adequate postage is not selected. Insurance is highly recommended for custom orders, especially any international orders. Although all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our site.

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality, custom-made products that are ordered specifically to style, size, and color. Each job is made per the customer's specifications. Orders are pre-paid and credit cards will be charged upon ordering. Therefore, custom curtain orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Any cancellation of orders may also result in a re-stocking fee if fabric has been ordered already. We will make every attempt to correct any problem to the customer's satisfaction.
